Information you submit
The contact form collects your name, email, organisation, area of interest and project description so we can respond. Please do not include identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information.
Storage and use
Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in our Cloudflare database for authorised team members to handle. Enquiry records in the website database are retained for up to 180 days. Enquiries are also delivered to our team’s Gmail inbox; email correspondence is retained as needed for follow-up and is not automatically deleted with database records. Use the contact form or hello@aestheticintelligence.art to request correction or deletion.
Website visits
The site uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting services may process operational access logs. The form limits repeated submissions; the database briefly retains hashed rate-limit identifiers rather than raw IP addresses.
